You would think when looking for the best electrical toothbrush the wise choice would be to ask your dentist. Wrong, if your dentist sells any electrical toothbrushes, your dentist will simply tell you whatever they sell is the best, which in most cases is not true. When looking for the best electrical toothbrush you want to look for Philips Sonicare and Oral-B. Like many products, features and cost goes hand in hand. If you don’t need some features, buy the lower priced one.
1. Philips Sonicare Flexcare+ – The Sonicare FlexCare+ is a complete solution for your oral care. This electrical toothbrush is loaded with effective features. According to studies nearly 80% of adults suffer from some type of gum disease. The FlexCare+ is proven to improve gun health in as little as two weeks. There is five different brushing modes that allows you to remove deep plaque between teeth and along the gum line. While your manual toothbrush may be covered in bacteria and viruses the FlexCare+ UV sanitizes and kills 99% percent of bacteria from the brush head. Sometimes bringing an electrical toothbrush on a trip is hard to do, but this brush will last three weeks on a single charge. You can’t go wrong with this one. $134.49
2. Philips Sonicare HealthyWhite 710 – Obviously, a big step down from the flexcare is the healthywhite 710. While it may not have all the features of other expensive electrical toothbrushes, it still does it’s job. This electrical toothbrush features two modes (clean and clean/white). Clean/White mode gives you two minutes of regular cleaning and 30 seconds of white mode that focuses on your visible teeth. It is well designed, and a much cheaper version of Flexcare+ without all the features. $66.49
3. Oral B Pulsonic Electrical Toothbrush – As simple as it gets, a high quality electrical toothbrush without all the fancy features. Think of this as a base model of a car, it’s still a great car – but not loaded with features that you may or may not use. You will still see huge advantages using this rather than a manaual toothbrush, so if you’re tight on money this is the way to go. $25.95
Electrical toothbrushes was an interesting product to research. There really is only two reputable brands to look for – Philips Sonicare, and Oral-B. Usually we’d find “hidden gems” outside of the mainstream brands, but in this case there isn’t any worthwhile. The Philips Sonicare Flexcare+ is a great electrical toothbrush that comes fully loaded with all types of features. Philips Sonicare HealthyWhite 710 – doesn’t have many features, but it does its job and many users have reported whiter teeth after weeks of using it. Oral B PulSonic is a base model electrical toothbrush that does what it’s supposed to do, and nothing more.
